If u need show picture for both online test and offline simulator, then you should used Exhibit button for done and only can used one picture.
>> Just Click the Exhibit button and Selected your picture then click Add or Update button, then the picture will show in the question for both online test and offline simulator.

If I can add picture in the question's option?

Suggest: If u has more pictures in one question and Cannot be merged into one picture, u should used Rich Text Editor for insert more pictures, but pictures will be ignore when used for offline simulator!

Steps: In Rich Text Editor, Click picture ICO, then will see the Image Properties window, u can select Upload Tab, then Click the Choose File button and Selected your picture, Don't forgot Click Send it to the server button, then click OK button.
